A unique microphone set is configurable as Delegate/Chairman/Secretary. Every microphone set, in grey anthracite zinc-aluminium alloy die cast (also adapted for assembly in semi flush-mount), is equipped with a hypercardioid professional microphone with luminous ring on gooseneck indicating its activation.
Every microphone set has a high efficiency, a high quality neodymium loudspeaker that is automatically attenuated when the microphone or the neighbours’ ones are turned on reducing the acoustic feedback.
Every console is equipped with a headphone jack output, a LINE output, a MIC input, a reader/writer of Smartcard, two RJ45 IN/OUT, two main push-buttons for booking/talking and deleting (or talk with priority or in mixing mode for the chairman) associated to LEDs; two buttons for regulating the volume of the local loudspeaker and headphones, 5 keys for multi-function (assigned time to time to icons on the display) for conference and voting.
The microphone is equipped with an automatic control and processing system allowing the speaker to talk standing or seating with the same acoustic performance.
The backlit graphic wide screen display is easily readable.
The pictures associated with buttons and interactive messages make the system easy to use even for untrained users. Thanks to an appropriate menu, it is possible to select the language of displayed messages and indications (as well as special characters and ideograms). The display allows the visualization of messages created by using the management software. On all microphone units can show voting information, the left time of conference or voting, the number of reservation to speak, date and hour. The use of the SMARTCARD is fully supported by the display that interacts with the user, providing useful information (wrong card, to use on other microphone unit etc.). According to the setting the same microphone unit can assume the valence of Delegate, Chairman or Secretary.
- Delegate: beyond to the functions already mentioned, the microphone unit allows to activate and to deactivate the microphone, to insert the “mute” function, to reserve for speaking, to confirm the presence, to vote. Results of the voting, messages sent from PC, hour and date, residual speech time, position in the list of talkers will be displayed.
- Chairman: beyond to the functions already mentioned the microphone unit allows to set up the kind of conference and to manage the modality of the same, to demand presences and to manage the voting, to recall the attention of the parts and to invite the relation ending.
- Secretary: it works as a delegate with the possibility to assign the management of the conference and/or voting, but without the priority typical of the chairman (the secretary can talk in mixing mode).
